Kenya Power owns and operates most of the electricity transmission and distribution system in the country. This opportunity is for an Industrial Attachment specifically targeting continuing students pursuing a Craft Certificate in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.

Role Overview

This industrial attachment program provides vocational students with practical, hands-on experience over a duration of three (3) months. Participants will be integrated into the engineering environment at Kenya Power, applying theoretical knowledge to real-world mechanical and automotive maintenance challenges relevant to the power utility sector.

Successful candidates must be available full-time for the entire three-month duration of the program.

Qualifications and Requirements

Interested candidates for the Craft Certificate Industrial Attachment should meet the following minimum requirements:

• Be available full time for the duration of the program (3 months).
• Be a continuing student, pursuing a Degree, Diploma, or Craft Certificate (in the stated fields only), in an accredited learning institution.
• Have a valid introduction letter from the respective learning institution.
• Have a valid insurance personal accident cover for the entire period of attachment.
