Job Description
The Massage Therapist Intern will support spa operations and gain direct experience in therapeutic, relaxation, and body treatment services.
Key Duties
Assist with light bodywork techniques, warm-up routines, and stretch guidance (as allowed)
Help therapists prepare scrubs, oils, and treatment blends
Set up and break down rooms between services
Sanitize tables, bolsters, tools, and equipment
Support hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, and hot towel preparation
Participate in training sessions to develop spa-quality massage techniques
Qualifications and Requirements
This position requires a Vocational qualification.
Preferred Skills
Passion for wellness, healing, and holistic care
Interest in learning various modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
