This role involves hands-on work in plastering, skimming, wall finishing, and general masonry tasks within active construction sites in Kisumu County.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform plastering, skimming, and finishing on walls and ceilings.
- Execute masonry tasks including blockwork, rendering, and surface preparation.
- Ensure high-quality finishing according to project standards.
- Work collaboratively with construction teams and site supervisors.
- Maintain safety practices and adhere to site regulations.
- Conduct minor repairs, touch-ups, and finishing corrections as needed.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must reside in Kisumu County.
- Experience in plastering, masonry, finishing work, or general civil works.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures.
- Demonstrated reliability, good workmanship, and attention to detail.
- Qualification: BA/BSc/HND is required.
