Role and Responsibilities
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies across various platforms, specifically supporting English and Polish language content. Key responsibilities include:
Content Creation: Fluent in marketing English and Polish; responsible for creating all materials including graphics and product contents in both languages.
Digital Marketing: Experience in using SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and FB Ads to drive visibility.
Social Media Management: Leading marketing communication across social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Product Testing & Media Relations: Implementing product tests and cooperating with journalists, testers, and YouTubers.
Event Management: Practical ability in organizing the brand's exposure at trade fairs and exhibitions.
Agency Collaboration: Cooperating with Marketing Agencies and graphic designers to ensure brand consistency.
Analytics: Monitoring and analyzing the effects of conducted marketing campaigns.
Multi-Channel Strategy: Creating and implementing marketing activities for companies across various sales channels.
Innovation: Actively searching for new ideas and creative solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in the marketing of consumer electronics, GSM, IT, or household appliances.
Specialized Knowledge: Knowledge of Allegro Ads and e-shops marketing strategies.
Technical Skills: Ability to work with Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design tools.
Professional Background: Professional experience within international organizations.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Personal Interest: A strong interest in new technologies.
