Marketing Executive

At Topscore Consultants Limited, we are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, managing digital platforms, and expanding our business presence through strategic partnerships and promotional activities. This role requires a blend of creative content development, market research, and active business development in key regions across Kenya.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Manage all social media platforms and ensure consistent audience engagement.\n* Develop high-quality marketing content and execute promotional campaigns and activations.\n* Update and maintain the company website.\n* Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.\n* Recruit and onboard new resellers, dealers, and partners to expand the business network.\n* Actively work to expand the company's business presence in regions including Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, and beyond.\n* Coordinate and manage exhibitions, product demonstrations, and promotional events.\n* Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts effectively drive product awareness and sales leads.\n\n### Qualifications and Experience\n* A Degree or Diploma in Marketing or a related business field.\n* 3–4 years of proven experience in a marketing role.\n* Specific experience in B2B sales, distribution, or channel management is highly desirable.\n* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\n* Must be self-driven and highly target-oriented.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to: recruitment@topscore.co.ke using the position as the subject of the email.
