Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and campaign execution, capable of supporting end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for SaaS solutions. They should possess strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills, with the ability to translate technical product features into compelling customer-focused messaging while driving multi-channel marketing campaigns and measuring performance through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
Strategy & GTM Support: Developing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy alongside product and marketing managers; conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer persona development for the new solution.
Messaging & Positioning: Coordinate messaging and positioning workshops to ensure consistent brand voice; help build the launch timeline/roadmap and track milestones across teams.
Product Translation: Liaise with product/engineering teams to translate technical features into customer-facing benefits.
Collateral & Creative Support: Draft and coordinate launch collateral (landing pages, brochures, one-pagers, FAQs, sales enablement decks); coordinate with design/creative teams on launch visuals, videos, and branding assets; support pricing and packaging communication materials.
Campaigns & Launch Execution: Set up tracking infrastructure (UTM links, analytics dashboards, CRM tagging) to measure launch performance; coordinate multi-channel launch campaigns (email, social, paid ads, PR, website); manage the launch content calendar and ensure timely publishing across platforms.
PR & Events: Draft press releases and coordinate with PR agencies/media contacts; organize and support launch events, webinars, or product demos (virtual or in-person).
Post-Launch & Optimisation: Gather customer and market feedback to inform iteration; prepare post-launch performance reports and presentations for leadership; support ongoing nurture campaigns to sustain momentum after initial launch; coordinate case studies, testimonials, or success stories once early adopters are onboarded; identify opportunities for follow-up campaigns or phase-2 marketing pushes.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in marketing and communications.
Certifications: Google Ads/Analytics or digital marketing certifications.
Key Exposure: Experience in GTM strategy support and product marketing exposure.
