The Marketing & Brand Lead role at Petsasa involves overseeing all marketing and brand activities for the company. This includes managing the social media presence, developing brand content, executing email marketing campaigns, and ensuring comprehensive brand consistency across all company channels—both digital and physical marketing materials.

Responsibilities
- Manage Petsasa’s brand across all platforms and materials.
- Plan and execute social media, email, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Produce and oversee high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and copy, for all marketing initiatives.
- Identify, engage, and manage influencers, affiliates, and brand partners to increase reach.
- Plan and manage promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special offers.
- Analyze customer interactions online and offline, using feedback to improve messaging and campaigns.
- Oversee company communications, including announcements and media relations.
- Plan, coordinate, and represent Petsasa at events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, content creation, and partnerships.
- Track marketing performance using analytics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Media, or a related field, or equivalent proven experience in a similar role.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, or brand management.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to use basic image and video design tools.
- Familiarity with email marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding of SEO basics.
- Skills in photography or content creation are a plus.
