UltraCare Hospital is a state-of-the-art healthcare facility, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and innovative medical solutions. The Marketer role is crucial for developing and executing strategies that promote the hospital's services, strengthen its brand presence, and drive patient engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective marketing plans and campaigns to promote hospital services.
- Strengthen the hospital's brand visibility through community outreach, corporate engagements, events, and digital platforms.
- Manage the hospital's social media pages, website content, newsletters, brochures, and other communication materials.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and patient feedback assessments to inform marketing strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, corporates, insurance partners, clinicians, and community groups.
- Coordinate health camps, Continuing Medical Education (CMEs), open days, community health education activities, and other promotional events.
- Track, analyse and report performance of marketing activities, including referrals, leads, and conversions.
- Ensure all marketing activities adhere to hospital policies, professionalism, and ethical healthcare communication standards.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing (healthcare experience is an added advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyse marketing performance data.
- Computer literacy with a good command of MS Office; knowledge of design tools is a plus.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
