Manager, Business & Strategy Execution

This senior management role, Manager, Business & Strategy Execution, is positioned to provide critical support to the Personal and Private Banking (PPB) Business Head. The primary purpose is to ensure the successful implementation of the PPB unit's strategic objectives through effective program and project management. The responsibilities of this position are driven by the critical business priorities defined by the Business Head.

Job Description

To support the Personal and Private Banking (PPB) Business Head to implement a broad range of programmes, projects and initiatives to achieve its strategic objectives and address delivery gaps, implement and maintain governance standards, manage business performance and financial measures and continuously improve operational efficiency of the team. Responsibilities are directed by critical business priorities of the Business Head.

Qualifications and Experience

Education:

• Type of Qualification: First Degree (BA/BSc/HND)
• Field of Study: Business Commerce or any other related field

Experience Required:

• 8-10 years of relevant professional experience, specifically in Business Support.
• Able to demonstrate experience managing a broad range of projects to successful completion to achieve defined business objectives or metrics.
• Significant experience in influencing stakeholders at different levels across a multitude of disciplines to achieve shared outcomes, specifically within a financial services environment.
