Manager, Business

The Business Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Foundation’s strategy is translated into clear plans, processes, and measurable results. The role supports program delivery, manages core operations, and strengthens systems that enable the Foundation to achieve its mission in the development sector (e.g., economic empowerment, Digital skills education and climate resilience).

The Business Manager works closely with senior leadership and program teams to implement the strategic plan, monitor performance, manage risks, and ensure that resources (people, finances, systems) are used effectively and transparently.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications:

• First Degree (BA/BSc/HND).
• Certification in Project Management is required.

Experience Required (Minimum 5 years):

• 5 years of experience supporting senior executives in a complex and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in an environment requiring diplomacy and good judgment in managing interactions inside and outside an organization, with individuals at all levels, including senior executives and other high-level officials.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management is required.
