Job Description
The Locum Health Centre Receptionist, reporting directly to the Health Centre Manager, is responsible for providing essential administrative support and ensuring the efficient management of all front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Registration of patients and verification of medical benefits.
Manage client appointments.
Billing and collection of revenue.
Generate periodic reports.
Requisition and petty cash management.
Maintain a pleasant front office environment.
Position Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma in a business related course.
Two (2) years of appropriate experience in Front Office/Reception operations.
