Qualifications
Valid Pool / Lifeguard Certification
Valid First Aid Certification
Knowledge of Child Safeguarding principles and practices
2–3 years of proven experience as a lifeguard
Strong swimming, rescue, and emergency response skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations
Experience working in a school environment will be an added advantage.
