Job Description

Pan Africa Christian (PAC) University, a Chartered Private University, is seeking to fill the position of Lecturer - Business Studies from suitable candidates. The successful candidates will be expected to deliver high-quality instruction, engage in research, and contribute to the university's academic and spiritual community. Applicants must be born-again Christians and active members of a local church.

Responsibilities

Deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate lectures in Business Studies.
Conduct scholarly research and publish findings in refereed journals.
Supervise student research projects and theses.
Participate in curriculum development and review.
Engage in university community activities and spiritual life.

Minimum Requirements

An earned PhD or equivalent degree qualification in the relevant field from an accredited and recognized University.
At least three (3) years of teaching experience at the University level.
Industry experience is considered an added advantage.
A minimum of 24 publication points, of which at least sixteen (16) should be from refereed journal papers.
Registered with a relevant professional body (where applicable).
Must be a born-again Christian and an active member of a local church.
