Requirements

Candidates applying for this position must meet the following mandatory academic and professional requirements:

1. Academic Qualifications

• A Masters Degree in Nursing (Medical and Surgical) or its equivalent from an accredited and recognized University.

2. Experience and Professional Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Registration with the relevant professional body (e.g., Nursing Council).
• Provide evidence of significant contribution to University/Research Institution through activities such as:
  • Participation in Departmental management.
  • Students' academic/research advising.
  • Involvement in school or University/Institutional meetings.
  • Committee membership and related matters.
• Demonstrate community involvement (e.g., Member of Board of Governors (BOG), School Management Committee (SMC) etc).
