Kenyatta University is a multi-campus public university in Kenya. The Department of Human Anatomy is seeking to recruit a qualified medical professional to join its faculty as a Lecturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to the academic excellence of the department.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Delivery of lectures and practical lessons in Human Anatomy to medical students.\n- Developing curriculum and teaching materials for the department.\n- Supervising undergraduate and postgraduate student research and clinical work.\n- Conducting original research and publishing findings in peer-reviewed journals.\n- Assessing student performance through examinations and clinical evaluations.\n- Participating in departmental and university administrative meetings and committees.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n- Must be a qualified medical doctor with an MBChB degree.\n- Must hold a Master’s degree in General Surgery, Orthopedics, or Radiology.\n- Must be registered with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board (KMPDB).\n- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a teaching institution.\n- Possession of a Master’s and Ph.D. in Human Anatomy will be considered an added advantage.\n\n### Terms of Service\nA competitive remuneration package, which includes basic salary, house allowance, and medical cover as per the University Scheme, will be provided.
