The M.M Shah and M.V Shah Academy, founded in 1953, has historically been a leading provider of the Kenyan 8-4-4 curriculum. In September 2021, the school expanded by establishing an International Section to offer a new curriculum.
Role Overview
This position is for a Keystage 1 Teacher within the International Section of the academy. The role involves delivering education to young students using established international curriculum frameworks.
Key Requirements and Expertise
Applicants should meet the following qualifications and demonstrate specific pedagogical knowledge:
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.
Registration: Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
Curriculum Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Cambridge International Education framework.
Curriculum Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge of the International Primary Curriculum (IPC).
Experience: Proven experience in planning, implementing, and assessing learning through the IPC framework.
