Job Description
This role is for a Key Trainer responsible for the effective delivery and implementation of the Socio-Emotional Skills Development (SESD) Training Program, specifically targeting youth in Narok County. As a Key Trainer, you will leverage your expertise in education and community development to conduct engaging training sessions, ensuring participants acquire vital socio-emotional skills.

Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
Education: Should have at least a Diploma in Education or Community Development or its equivalent.
Experience: At least three (3) years' experience in delivering Socio-Emotional Skills Development (SESD) training, preferably gained in a similar setting with emphasis on the youth.
Residency: Residents of Narok are preferred.
