The Key Accounts Officer is responsible for overseeing assigned key accounts, primarily insurance schemes and corporate clients, to ensure continuous engagement, satisfaction, and traffic growth. The role demands a proactive individual capable of building lasting relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring smooth coordination between Scion Hospital and partner organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with key insurance schemes and corporate accounts to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute strategic plans aimed at growing traffic and maximizing account potential.
- Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Conduct regular account reviews, performance tracking, and reporting on client engagement and revenue trends.
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in key account management, business development, or client relationship management.
- Experience within a hospital or healthcare environment will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
