The Key Accounts Head will be responsible for growing the client’s business while building brand equity with Key Accounts. This role ensures the achievement of sales volumes, revenue, and operating income across the client's range of products within assigned chains, which include beverages, canned fruits/vegetables, canned juices, cereals, and fresh produce.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Brand Equity: Grow the client’s business while building brand equity with Key Accounts.
Sales Achievement: Ensure achievement of Sales Volumes/Revenue and Operating Income for the entire range of the client’s products within the assigned chains (Beverages, Canned Fruits/Vegetables, Canned Juices, Cereals, and Fresh Produce).
Business Planning: Provide and implement Annual Business plans for all assigned Key Accounts Chains.
Contract Negotiation: Draw and negotiate Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and supply agreements with Modern Trade Accounts.
Demand Planning: Manage Demand Planning Accuracy to ensure all accounts/stores are fully stocked per SKU and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Receivables Management: Manage the collection of Account Receivables in a timely manner from the assigned Key Accounts chains as per the trading terms.
Requirements & Qualifications
University degree in Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration (with a bias in Marketing) or an equivalent qualification.
Preferred 2 years of working experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
Demonstrated detailed understanding of core sales capabilities (order generation, delivery, merchandising, and account development).
Pleasant, results-oriented, hardworking, persuasive, and a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to think strategically and effectively present ideas in an organized manner.
High energy, drive, enthusiasm, positive mental attitude, and a track record of achievement.
Must hold a clean and valid driving license with at least 3 years of continuous driving experience.
Able to conclude tasks in a timely manner under little or no supervision.
Well-versed with MS Office, with a demonstrated ability to carry out data analysis and generate requisite reports.
