This role is based in Nairobi, Kenya, and requires a dedicated professional to manage strategic client accounts.
Mission Description (Key Responsibilities)
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for the following core duties:
- Analyze and profile client accounts based on performance, value, and potential, and generate periodic reports.
- Determine the crucial needs of key clients and ensure they receive first-class customer care and service.
- Develop a strategy for managing key accounts and ensure its effective implementation.
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and implement necessary improvements for key accounts.
- Develop pricing structures for key clients.
- Resolve disputes and maintain robust client relationships to promote client retention.
- Conduct periodic account reviews.
- Analyze and adapt new strategies to react to changing business trends.
- Conduct client visits based on target prospects.
- Generate weekly sales reports and submit them to management.
- Support the team in conceptualizing and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage client relationships (Internal and External).
Profile and Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience specifically within the Logistics Industry.
