Key Responsibilities
As a Junior School Teacher responsible for all subjects, your duties will include:
Instructional Delivery: Planning, preparing, and delivering effective and engaging lessons covering the entire Junior School curriculum.
Student Development: Fostering a supportive and encouraging classroom environment that promotes both academic excellence and holistic growth.
Curriculum Implementation: Implementing educational strategies and methods that align with the school's commitment to quality education.
Assessment: Monitoring, assessing, and evaluating student progress regularly, providing timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
Collaboration: Working effectively and collaboratively with the dedicated teaching staff, school administration, and parents to support student success.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Must possess a Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) from a recognized institution.
