This role supports the execution of the loan compliance and reporting function, the department’s operations, lender due diligence, and one-off analytical projects.
Responsibilities
Loan Compliance and Reporting
Draft reports required by lenders (e.g., annual questionnaires, quarterly financial reports, ad hoc requests) with oversight of the Investor Relation Specialist for review by the relationship managers.
Work with the payments team to ensure interest payments are made on time.
Support reconciliations related to Investor Relations work (debt, refundable advances, FX hedging) while working with the accounting team on the quarterly close process.
Draft the quarterly financial health dashboard to allow senior IR team members to report on the health of the balance sheet to the Finance Committee.
Investor Relations Team Operations
Support processes and systems used by the IR team (Loan tracker, Salesforce, RiskScreen). Enter information to make sure that they are up to date.
Retain loan documents as required by document retention policies. Keep the IR folder organized so that the IR team works efficiently.
Provide administrative support when signing new retail notes and loans.
Lender Relationship Management and Due Diligence
Assist on due diligence analyses and proposals as requested by relationship managers, under the supervision of the Investor Relations specialist. Work may include preparation of spreadsheets, prep of written summaries of One Acre Fund’s operations, finding requested information by working with other teams and leveraging existing resources.
Support the maintenance of Due Diligence resources by updating resources and improving IR’s Resources Management system.
Help update the key outreach materials with up-to-date audited financials, impact results, and other relevant updates.
Analytical Special Projects
Support the execution of data analysis and financial modeling projects.
Perform other one-off projects to support the Investor Relations team or other teams in the Finance Department.

Qualifications and Requirements
Knowledge: Good understanding of finance and accounting; some exposure to financial statement analysis preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Google Sheets a plus). Experience with Financial Modeling in Excel and complex formulas (e.g., Index, Match, Lookups) preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to consolidate information from multiple sources in a clear way.
Top-performing undergraduate background.
Soft Skills:
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team depending on the project.
Ability to work remotely.
