The role of the Intake Specialist is crucial as the first point of contact for potential clients. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate documentation, and providing an excellent client experience. This position involves gathering essential information, assessing client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to initiate appropriate services or referrals.
Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Answer incoming calls and respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients.
Initial Assessment: Conduct thorough intake interviews to collect necessary personal, medical, or legal information.
Data Entry: Accurately input all collected client information into company databases or CRM systems.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, assessments, and referrals meticulously.
Coordination: Collaborate effectively with case managers, attorneys, or healthcare providers to direct clients to the appropriate services.
Follow-Up: Contact clients as necessary to confirm appointments, gather additional required information, or provide updates on their status.
Compliance: Ensure all documentation practices adhere strictly to company policies and legal regulations concerning data privacy and handling sensitive information.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: A BA/BSc/HND qualification is required.
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Proficiency in data entry and standard office software (including Microsoft Office and CRM systems).
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
