This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Agent based in Karen Ward, Nairobi, with some flexibility to work from home. The Insurance Sales Agent will identify and connect with prospective clients, offer tailored insurance solutions, and build long-term relationships for continued customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements
Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Sales strategies.
Proven ability in Customer Service and relationship management.
Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
