The Installation Site Manager is accountable for S-Q-C-D (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery) on-site activities for assigned projects. This role ensures that all installations meet required standards while maintaining strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. The manager is responsible for creating a collaborative team environment, engaging with stakeholders, and navigating the complexities of site execution.
Key Responsibilities
Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (S-Q-C-D)
(S) H&SE: Ensure required Health & Safety and Environmental standards are met, with strict application of the Safety Coordination Plan on site.
(Q) Quality: Guarantee project scope and on-site specifications are executed accurately, using required resources and skills.
(C) Cost: Plan and execute on-site activities within the project baselined cost.
(D) Delivery: Complete on-site activities within scheduled timelines.
Operational Duties
Ensure all statutory and regulatory conditions are met, including Company corporate values and governance.
Participate in on-site activity preparation for all assigned projects.
Ensure fulfillment of installation, qualification, testing, and commissioning checklists and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Serve as the main entry point for customers during on-site executions.
Liaise with Project Managers to monitor progress and escalate deviations.
Drive daily/weekly reviews with Customers and Project Managers.
Manage a team of Field Service Engineers and Sub-contractors, overseeing logistics, resource skills, and allocations.
Manage as-built software and technical documentation updates.
Support on-site activities risk identification and assessment.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in site activities management, specifically within the beverage industry.
Technical Background: Consolidated knowledge in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, and Process engineering.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred; PMP Certification is a plus.
Languages: Fluent in English; French language is mandatory.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Sidel Portfolio and Aseptic systems is an advantage.
Travel: Available to travel up to 90% of the time.
