The Kitale National Polytechnic (KNP), established in 1980 as a public institute, is a leading training institution in the region, located in Kitale Municipality along Elgon Road. KNP strives to be an institute of excellence in management and technology.

The institution is seeking to recruit two (2) highly motivated individuals for the position of ICT Technician Intern.

This internship provides critical practical exposure and experience in maintaining the institution's Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure and delivering technical support in a high-demand academic environment.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants must satisfy the following mandatory criteria for consideration:

• Minimum Qualification: Must hold a Diploma in ICT, Information Technology, Computer Studies, or a related field.
• Age Limit: Must be aged between 25 and 29 years.
• Education Completion: Must have completed college/qualification within the last two (2) years.
• Documentation: Applicants are required to attach copies of Academic and Professional Certificates, Testimonials, Curriculum Vitae (CV), and a copy of the National ID.
• Statutory Compliance: Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide clearance documents specified under Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010.

Terms of Service

This is an internship position. The successful applicants will receive a stipend as per the Government of Kenya guidelines.
