Job Description
The National Construction Authority (NCA) is a government organisation which regulates, streamlines and builds capacity in the construction industry.
The Authority is seeking to recruit qualified and interested candidates for the position of ICT Interns within the ICT Department (3 Posts).
Role Purpose
To provide support in the ICT Department while gaining practical, on-the-job experience and developing professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Support the IT team in maintaining system infrastructure and user workstations.
Provide basic technical helpdesk support to authority staff.
Participate in departmental projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Applicants must be Diploma holders in the areas specified.
Diploma Qualification in ICT.
Benefits
A monthly stipend will be paid to the successful candidates in accordance with the Authority’s approved policies.
