Job Description
Smoothtel & Data Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to support and manage core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interviews.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate comprehensive onboarding programs and staff training initiatives.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations and provide professional HR guidance to staff and management.
Ensure full compliance with Kenyan labor laws and internal company policies.
Assist in the performance management and appraisal cycles.
Prepare detailed HR reports and documentation for management review.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must be a CHRP Finalist.
Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in an HR role.
Strong, demonstrable knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Management Systems.
