Job Description
Bridge Talent Management is seeking a Human Resource Intern to support their HR department. This role offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee records, day-to-day HR administration, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Help conduct initial HR interviews.
Onboarding & Employee Records
Assist in onboarding new hires (documentation, orientation).
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Ensure employee files are updated and organized.
HR Administration
Support day-to-day HR operations.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and reports.
Assist in payroll data preparation (if applicable).
Employee Engagement
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Support internal communication initiatives.
Assist in surveys and feedback collection.
Policy & Compliance Support
Help ensure HR policies are followed.
Assist in updating HR policies and handbooks.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources.
Basic understanding of HR principles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
