The Role (Full-Time, Hybrid)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Representative to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, processes, and building a positive workplace culture.
Working Schedule: 9AM – 6PM with 1 hour break, Eastern Standard Timezone (EST).
Note: Salary offered is competitive and will be based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and the prevailing market standards in the country of employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies.
- Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration as needed.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience in HR or a related administrative role.
- Understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred (but not required):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.
Technical Requirements (Remote Work)
As this is a hybrid/remote position, candidates must meet the following technical standards:
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature.
- Working Webcam.
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM (minimum).
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps (cable connection preferred).
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps.
