The HR Intern role is designed to support the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks, offering the intern valuable hands-on experience in a professional work environment. Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day departmental operations and administrative tasks.
Support filing, data entry, documentation, and record management.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and other departmental documents.
Participate in meetings, trainings, and departmental projects.
Conduct basic research and provide support where needed.
Maintain professionalism and uphold company values at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
