Hotel Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Full control of the daily operations of the hotel, resort, and event center.
• Guest Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional experiences across all guest touchpoints, including accommodation and dining.
• Food & Beverage Management: Oversee the restaurant, bar, and catering services to ensure they operate efficiently and meet high standards.
• Event Coordination: Manage and execute weddings, conferences, and retreats with flawless precision.
• Revenue Generation: Drive growth by increasing occupancy rates, securing event bookings, and boosting F&B sales.
• Financial Management: Implement financial discipline through cost control, budget management, and a focus on profitability.
• Team Leadership: Manage human resources, training, and development to maintain a motivated and high-performing workforce.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the face of the property for tourism, recreation, and local community engagement.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management.
• Over 5 years of supervisory or management experience in the hospitality sector.
• A background in resort, lodge, or upcountry hospitality environments is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience in F&B, accommodation, and events management.
• Professional certifications in hospitality or food safety are considered an added advantage.
• A proven track record of maintaining high guest satisfaction and managing profitable operations.
