This role is for a Herbs Quality Controller working within the Quality Assurance/Production Department, based in Nairobi.
Purpose of the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that all harvested herbs meet stringent quality specifications prior to dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect herbs for quality and adherence to standards.
Enforce established quality control standards and procedures.
Reject non-conforming produce and ensure proper segregation.
Maintain accurate Quality Control (QC) reports and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
A Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture or Food Science is required.
Higher qualifications such as a BA/BSc/HND are also acceptable.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Quality Control (QC) role is preferred.
