This Full-Time role of Herbs Harvesting Supervisor operates within the Production/Harvesting Department of New Agrodeal Kenya Limited. The company is a leading grower and exporter of organic herbs, vegetables, and flowers, primarily based in Naivasha, Kenya, and committed to growing top-quality herbs to meet customer needs.
Role Purpose
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the daily harvesting of herbs, ensuring operations maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
The supervisor will be responsible for the following duties:
Supervise harvesting teams effectively.
Maintain accurate records related to production and harvesting activities.
Report all quality and hygiene issues promptly.
Train pickers on proper harvesting techniques, quality control, and hygiene protocols.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
Certificate or Diploma qualification in Agriculture (BA/BSc/HND qualifications are also listed as acceptable).
Previous experience in herb harvesting is highly preferred.
