This position is based within the Packhouse/Production Department. The primary purpose of the Herbs Grader role is to sort, grade, and pack herbs according to specific specifications.
Responsibilities
Grade herbs according to established quality standards.
Ensure strict hygiene standards are maintained throughout the grading and packing process.
Collaborate effectively with the Quality Control (QC) team.
Meet set packing targets efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess a BA/BSc/HND qualification. Experience in grading herbs or vegetables is preferred, and candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail.
