This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Recruiter role based in Westlands, Nairobi.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals. This involves identifying staffing needs, sourcing and interviewing qualified candidates, and guiding them efficiently through the hiring process. The role also requires maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and candidates, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience throughout the process.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven ability in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting.
• Experience in Hiring and Customer Service.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and industry standards is a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.
