This position requires physical fitness and knowledge of horticulture, as it primarily involves manual labour and the operation of landscaping equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Mowing, trimming, and pruning lawns and plants.
Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
Cleaning outdoor spaces.
Designing and implementing landscape plans.
Operating landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and chainsaws.
Performing equipment checks and minor repairs.
Keeping equipment service records.
Observing safety protocols in all tasks.
Requirements for Appointment
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Must be a Kenyan Citizen.
Must be 18 years and above.
Possession of a National Identification Card.
Possession of a Primary School Certificate.
Must be physically fit and willing to perform manual labour.
Demonstrated horticultural knowledge.
