The role of the Graphic Designer is to develop and execute creative designs for various media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and professionalism across all corporate communications.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative designs for print and digital media, including brochures, social media graphics, corporate documents, presentations, ads, and promotional materials.
- Execute brand-aligned corporate communication designs that maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to develop concepts and deliver quality designs.
- Support digital marketing initiatives by creating visuals for social media, email marketing, web banners, and online campaigns.
- Understand and interpret client requirements to produce professional, impactful designs.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and liaise with the production/printing team.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Provide excellent customer service in all client interactions and respond promptly to design feedback.
- Stay updated on design trends, branding techniques, and emerging digital tools.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on graphic design experience, essential for corporate communication design.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with familiarity in Premiere Pro/After Effects being a strong advantage.
- Requires strong creative, conceptual thinking, and excellent visual communication/layout skills.
- Must be customer service-oriented, with strong interpersonal, communication, and fast-learning abilities.
- A strong attention to detail, consistency, and proven time management skills for handling multiple projects.
- A portfolio of previous work is required from the preferred candidate.
