Graphic Design Marketing Intern

We are seeking a proactive & detail-oriented Graphic Design Marketing Intern (Marketing Officer). The Intern will support the marketing team by assisting with content creation, campaign execution, and market research. Specific duties often include managing social media, drafting promotional materials, and analyzing campaign performance data. The intern will also provide general administrative support and assist in other marketing activities to support the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep up with new technology for efficient processes.
• Update data in Tally for generating different reports.
• Social media marketing and broadcasting.
• Take and edit photos of new items.
• Prepare and update an e-catalogue.
• Assist with website maintenance and create e-commerce content and update it.
• Assist in sales and administration when needed.
• Prepare an online product knowledge curriculum for new sales staff.
• Create product videos.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree (preferably in Marketing, IT, or Graphic Design).
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts like social media, SEO, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of office software like Microsoft Office.
• Conversant with graphic design tools.
• Creative and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with marketing and social media platforms.
• Good understanding of digital marketing trends, basic data analysis.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
• An aptitude for or basic knowledge of IT and data tools is a valuable advantage.
