Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering or Production Technology.
Requirements
- University Graduate with a maximum of two years' post-university experience.
- 28 years of age or below.
- At least B+ in KCSE.
- Strong academic record.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to comprehend operational practices based on theories and models.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
