Job Description
Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) is offering scholarship opportunities for Master's degree studies commencing in August 2026. Successful candidates will be engaged as Graduate Assistants in Thermo Fluids and Energy Systems while pursuing their Master's program, with an expected transition to a Ph.D. program upon successful completion.
Role Overview
The scholarship covers tuition fees and research costs for the duration of study. Recipients will serve as Graduate Assistants, supporting departmental academic activities, research, and laboratory demonstrations in the field of Thermo Fluids and Energy Systems.
Key Requirements & Eligibility
Must be a Kenyan citizen under 30 years of age.
Must have obtained a minimum of Second Class Honors (Upper Division) in a relevant Bachelor's degree from a recognized and accredited university.
Must be registered or registrable with relevant professional and/or regulatory bodies where applicable.
Upon successful completion of the Master's Programme, candidates are expected to transition to Ph.D. under the scholarship programme.
The successful candidates will be bonded under the applicable terms and conditions of MMUST.
Must complete studies within the prescribed study period.
