The General Manager KTDA Power is a senior leadership position responsible for the strategic direction and operational performance of KTDA Power Company. The role involves formulating policies, overseeing budgets, and driving the development of renewable energy projects, particularly Small Hydro Power Projects. The incumbent will provide technical and business leadership, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.\n\n### Responsibilities\n- Formulating and implementing KTDA Power Company’s strategies, policies, and procedures.\n- Developing and overseeing the execution of work plans and organizational budgets.\n- Leading performance management and identifying training needs for staff development.\n- Cultivating talent and promoting training resources to enhance individual and team success.\n- Providing technical and business guidance to project managers to improve overall project performance.\n- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, shareholders, development organizations, and the business community.\n- Representing the company in high-level negotiations and discussions with state and private entities.\n- Ensuring efficient procurement and timely provision of relevant organizational reports.\n- Achieving revenue targets and strategic goals through a business-oriented approach.\n- Managing the development and operations of Small Hydro Power Projects and exploring alternative energy forms.\n- Monitoring the management of Regional Power Companies (RPCs).\n- Establishing and ensuring adherence to financial, internal control, and administrative policies.\n- Overseeing human resource strategies to attract, retain, and motivate competent staff.\n- Leading corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives to protect and project a positive corporate image.\n\n### Requirements\n- : Master’s degree in Leadership, Strategy, Business Management, or Engineering-related fields; Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.\n- : Minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience, with at least five (5) years at a senior managerial level.\n- : Registered member of the Engineering Board or another recognized professional body.\n- : Proficiency in MS Office packages and specialized engineering software.\n- : Proven ability to handle divisional budgets, resources, projects, and stakeholder relationships.\n- : Deep understanding of the energy sector and its regulatory environment.\n- : Strong strategic leadership, change management, and team-building skills.\n- : High integrity, excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.\n\n### How to Apply\nApply online through the .
