IFSS Group is currently seeking a dedicated Front Office Officer/Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails efficiently, ensuring effective office coordination.
Manage scheduling and general administrative tasks.
Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Qualification: Must possess a BA/BSc/HND qualification.
Experience: Previous experience in a front office or similar receptionist role is required.
Skills and Demeanor:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, alongside strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Must demonstrate a professional and customer-friendly demeanor.
