As a Front Office Agent (Guest Service Agent), you will be the first point of contact, greeting guests with a warm welcome every time and providing efficient, friendly, and professional service to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Greet guests with a warm welcome and act as the primary point of contact.
Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests at all times.
Constantly strive to provide total customer satisfaction through proactive service.
Take initiative to ensure all interactions with internal and external guests are positive and professional.
Log all guest requests and ensure they are addressed within established timeframes.
Handle guest complaints positively and escalate them to management when necessary.
Securely store and deliver guest luggage.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance service skills and guest experience.
Assist with valet parking duties as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
BA/BSc/HND qualification in a relevant field.
Previous customer service experience, preferably within a hotel environment.
An energetic, team-focused individual with a "can-do" attitude.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a dynamic environment.
Enthusiasm for connecting with guests and understanding their needs.
Ability to provide prompt and efficient service, including building rapport in person and over the phone.
Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
Knowledge of Opera PSM (PMS) is considered a bonus.
Willingness and availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
