Job Description

As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for the organization. You will be responsible for welcoming and directing visitors, managing telecommunications, and providing essential administrative support to ensure the reception area reflects a professional image at all times.
Responsibilities
Receive, welcome, and direct visitors in a professional manner.
Maintain the visitors' register and verify visitor IDs before issuing passes in accordance with office security procedures.
Notify staff promptly of a visitor's arrival and ensure visitors are escorted where required.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls professionally; receive and relay messages accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain an orderly reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image at all times.
Respond to general inquiries and provide basic information about the organization as appropriate.
Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and scheduling meetings when required.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness for meetings when applicable.
Monitor, report incidents, and escalate any maintenance or safety issues observed at the reception area.
Liaise with security, facilities, and cleaning staff regarding front office needs.
Adhere to organizational policies, confidentiality requirements, and the code of conduct while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and access procedures at the office entrance.
Support during emergencies as the first point of contact.
Perform any other assigned duties by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Must be worthy to hold a current temple recommend.
Minimum of a diploma or certificate in business administration, office administration, or a related field.
Previous 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer support role.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
