Foundation Management Officer

TSAVO, a real estate investment company in Kenya founded in July 2015, is looking for top brains to join its team of young and brilliant individuals. The Foundation Management Officer role involves coordinating the Foundation's activities, focusing on administrative tasks related to beneficiary support, financial disbursements, record keeping, and executing youth empowerment and mentorship programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate fee processing and ensure disbursements reach the correct recipients.
• Maintain accurate beneficiary records and documentation.
• Support planning and execution of mentorship programs.
• Engage with beneficiaries, partners, and stakeholders.
• Track progress of supported students and prepare periodic reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

Successful candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Community Development, Social Work, Administration, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong administrative and documentation skills.
• Experience & Attributes: Passion for mentorship and youth empowerment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
