Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to lead the strategy, operations, and commercial performance of all food and beverage operations at Poa Place Resort.
Role Purpose
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maximising profitability, and maintaining world-class hospitality standards across the Resort's food and beverage, conference, and event operations. The F&B Manager provides leadership across four dining outlets, conferencing facilities, and events, ensuring consistent service, operational excellence, financial performance, and continuous innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Direct the strategy, operations, and commercial performance of all food and beverage operations.
Provide leadership across four dining outlets, conferencing facilities, and resort events.
Maintain high hospitality standards, food safety compliance, and operational excellence.
Drive profitability, manage budgets, and optimize financial performance across F&B operations.
Continuously innovate food and beverage offerings and elevate guest service delivery.
Lead, manage, and mentor F&B team members to achieve operational goals.
Requirements & Experience
A relevant Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND).
At least 7 years of experience in hotel or resort food and beverage operations.
3–5 years of experience in senior leadership positions.
Strong operational, financial, and team leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and hotel management systems.
