Responsibilities
- Carry out the duties of second in command.
- Collaborate with other crew members to operate efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with air traffic control and ground staff.

Qualifications
- License/Ratings: Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Instrument Rating, Multi Engine Rating, Performance Rating A, and Gas Turbine Rating.
- Flight Hours: Minimum 200 flight hours (excluding simulator hours) required to qualify for interview, and a minimum of 250 flight hours (excluding simulator hours) required for employment eligibility.
- Medical & Proficiency: Valid KCAA (Kenya Civil Aviation Authority) CPL/ATPL, Class one medical certificate, and KCAA English Proficiency level 4 or above.
- Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification. High school education with an aggregate grade of C- (minus), and minimum of C- (minus) grade in Mathematics, English, Physics or a general sciences subject.
- Nationality & Physical Requirements: Must be a Kenyan citizen. Minimum 160 cm height requirement.
