The role of the Field Supervisor is to support the Operations Officer in ensuring efficient guard force operations across all assignments under their jurisdiction. This involves proper deployment, close supervision, strict discipline enforcement, effective digital attendance monitoring, and accurate documentation. The core objective is to ensure strong service delivery, operational continuity, and strict compliance with company standards across all assignments under jurisdiction.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute and manage daily guard deployment to ensure all assignments are fully covered.
- Prepare and maintain duty rosters, daily attendance, off-duty schedules, and leave plans for all guards.
- Manage suspended offs by keeping an updated Suspended Off Register and ensuring timely recovery.
- Verify guard attendance daily through physical checks and mandatory digital QR code scanning.
- Ensure all guards have valid name tags with QR codes, worn visibly, and updated at all times.
- Enforce digital compliance by ensuring 100% scanning for reporting on duty, off duty, and patrol points.
- Conduct regular field supervision to check grooming, uniform standards, discipline, and readiness for duty.
- Ensure all guards understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assignment-specific instructions.
- Identify, document, and address discipline cases at assignment level in line with company procedures.
- Escalate all disciplinary issues promptly to the Operations Officer and Area Manager for further action.
- Provide support for investigations by submitting factual and accurate incident and disciplinary reports.
- Monitor assignment conditions and immediately report incidents, risks, or security concerns to the control room.
- Meet clients regularly within your jurisdiction to collect feedback and escalate issues for resolution.
- Promote service quality by ensuring guards maintain professionalism and meet client expectations.
- Ride and manage the assigned motorbike responsibly, ensuring proper maintenance and timely reporting of defects.
- Ensure guards’ uniforms, QR tags, and equipment are well-maintained and replaced when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including deployment sheets, checklists, OB summaries, digital logs, and client feedback.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Operations Officer.
- Support business continuity and emergency responses at the assignment level as guided.
- Perform any other lawful duties assigned by the Operations Officer or management to support operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.
- Licensing: Valid Riding License (Class F & G).
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong supervisory and field operations skills.
- Ability to use digital systems (QR scanning, reporting applications).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong documentation and reporting ability.
- Knowledge of security procedures, deployment, and policies.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive motorcycle riding experience.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or guard force management experience.
