Job Description / Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with clients in the assigned territory.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and cold calling.
- Sales Presentation: Effectively present and promote the company's consulting services to prospective clients.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals to meet established sales targets.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ongoing support to clients.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accuracy by updating the CRM system with comprehensive client information.
